East Rockingham Responds to Priority 2 MVC   By Web Chief Harold Dawkins January 13, 2010   On January 13th East Rockingham Fire Department responded to a priority 2 MVC on Mill Road and South Street. Upon arrival it was discovered that two vehicles were involved in the accident. There was only one occupant in each vehicle. First Health Richmond EMS was also dispatched but no one was transported to the hospital. At press time the North Carolina Highway Patrol was investigating the accident.
